Error codes 9 and 9.57

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug Bunch of bugs. Network connection errors (usually on wifi but have occurred on mobile as well), frequent game crashing, hanging on squad arena or grand arena wins (no victory screen, just the characters standing there), lost squads when about to start a GA match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game? No idea.

    Hi @retrofiable and thank you for the report.

    Error code 9 is usually a sign of an unstable or weak internet connection. Make sure your connection is strong and stable when going into important matches, to prevent this from happening.

    Hello. I have no my profile in game. If to start again only with new account. But if situation is so, I will wait. Thank you for response

    @gusarQ2 Facebook linking is only needed to switch your account from iOS to Android. If you have previously played on Android, then it should be linked to your Google play account.

    If you need help getting it setup, try contacting customer support.

    If I played google play, I had had to start new career. I never used google play and wouldnt use

    I get error code 9 on NFS Unbound after i finish all the Tier B and A events in free roam on Monday week 2. Idk how to fix it though and ive already played through it twice.
