Error Message When Trying to Buy the $29.99 Pack for Depa Billaba

Question

I have been trying to purchase the $29.99 shard pack for Depa Billaba on the webstore but I keep getting an error message every time I click purchase. The pack disappears from the store and then re-appears about 15 minutes later, only for the same error to occur when trying to make the purchase.

The transaction was never completed. I haven't yet been charged & I have not received the contents of the pack. Only the error message. I would like to purchase this shard pack but am not sure what else I can do. Thank you in advance for your help

I am having the same issue. And it does not only happen for the Depa Billaba bundle. Anything I try to buy from the webstore, shows up my saved cards on a popup for 1-2 seconds and then the error message appears and I cannot proceed with the purchase.&nbsp;

jc524​ try doing it from an incognito/private browser instance. That's what worked for me. Hope it works for you as well.

I ended up trying to buy it in-game rather than the web store and it gave me a prompt saying something like "you have a pending purchase, would you like to cancel the pending purchase first?"&nbsp; I said yes &amp; ended up buying the pack in-game.&nbsp; I got the secondary $75 pack in the webstore using the incognito browser you mentioned &amp; it worked
