Extra life rewards?

Hello, 

I hate to say it, but do you know when we will be receiving the bonus rewards for donating to extra life on December 20th? 

I see that the profile icons have been uploaded in the game, but I did not unlock 2 of them. I donated twice. I have the receipts. 925-692-639
