Failed purchase

Hello:) I reached out earlier but didn't feel like I gave enough info. I tried to buy the CUP lsb when it came out. But the purchase failed(it wouldn't load through). After the failed purchase I wasn't able to buy it since it disappeared from the store and my guild mates wasn't able to gift it to me. Is it possible to make it available in the store or somehow make it available for purchase? I can also provide picture of my guildmate trying to gift it to me. My ally code is 874-913-949
