Hello all, I've been trying since release to access my game via PC. It gives me the 3 step prompt for EA Connect, but on my mobile it says that my account is already linked. Customer service still hasn't gotten back to me. I'm logged in to the same account across the board, mobile, EA app on PC. Might I suggest that adding the option to connect via player ID might be the easiest way to connect accounts on the PC. It sure would make more simple than getting looped through steps to take that do nothing. I would even be ok with going through the startup tutorials just to be able to import my account like it is on mobile, but that feature doesn't exist on the PC version. Here's what it gives me when I click on ea connect. I'm not sure what action to take after this.

instead of using the button on the top, go ahead and use the form on the bottom with the same email adress instead. reset the password if necessary.

after making sure you can login this way, try using the webstore this way
