Falsely banned on Galaxy of Heroes and EA can't help me

first off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.  🙌
Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or getting answers (from players & experts)and getting back in the game!

After reading your post, IMO I think you are honest and you are really unwarrantedly (not reasonably or necessary; not appropriate) banned. But this can really be explored/judged/decided only by the TOS Team. Please follow the directions in this post, on how you can dispute the ban:

May I ask who you spoke with? I’m an 8.2m GP player that was banned in a similar manner 3 days ago around 4pm CST. I was actually in game on my phone and all of a sudden I was booted. It wouldn’t be so bad, but I am actually the guild leader of a 360m GP guild. I’d like to try and reclaim my 5+ year account.

So I posted on the Galaxy of Heroes forums and received a reply by the forum moderator Ultra. He brought it up with CG and on the next day I had my account back.

I am officially back in. Not sure how that happened or what occurred but I am in. I missed one territory war, two possible wins in GAC and the sign up for the next GAC (sign up ended at 4pm CST yesterday and I checked my account at 4:22pm). Thank you to whoever unbanned me but what a freaking fiasco with no explanation. 

Bonjour, je me permets de reprendre le sujet car je suis depuis plus d'une semaine dans le même cas. J'ai déjà pris contact plusieurs fois avec EA. Mon historique de bannissement est vierge donc je suis certain que je n'ai pas fait d'infractions. Mais malgré mes multiples relance il semblerait finalement ils ne peuvent agir sur ce type de problème. On m'a donc orienté vers le forum stars Wars les héro de la Galaxie.

Hi there, I am having the same issues that the others here have faced. I manage the RedEyedJedi6 player ID, ally code 164-314-365. I am receiving a message that my account has been banned for repeat offenses. I have never been notified before that I have ever done anything wrong, and if I have, I truly didn’t mean to. I play this game with my brother and dad every day and really enjoy playing. I am really upset that I can no longer access the game.
