Ive had the same issue but much worse for over a year and havnt seen any help, in game support is a joke so gl, I hope they resolved this for you.

Yeah it’s been 3 years for me. I can’t progress in the journey guides or GL guides. In game support literally has said “no on our end you’ve received the rewards” even though I have sent them in-game screenshots. I want to continue playing the game but genuinely they don’t seem to care about user experience at all.
