Fix the freezing issue please

I just lost out on potentially 1400 crystals due to a GAC freeze.   I was easily winning a battle for gac and was down to my last foe of the match with over 4 minutes remaining and my squad in full health and protection and suddenly all of the attack buttons disappeared and never returned.   

to make matters worse, I had to let it sit, hoping it would refresh or snap out of it, but the clock ticked to zero and just sat there so I couldn’t even submit my run.    After staring at the screen for 20-30 minutes I finally had to restart my game…meaning I lost out of doing my fleet arena climb.   If you look at my history I reliably get first place almost daily.   I’m stuck down at 8th because I ran out of time.  

Due to the dropped gac battle there is a chance I’ll now lose to my opponent on banners, which will also keep me from first place this round of gac, which will also possibly prevent a k2 promotion.    One freeze, one fight, big consequences.    Fix it please.
