Happy 10 Year Annvy!!!! Been like this for 10 years. Everything shifts due to Day Light Savings, there are only a few constants which are tied to GMT it seems which are not affected by the time change.
It changed because of Daylight Saving Time. It has been like this every other GAC. Blame Benjamin Franklin.
