GAC disappearing characters & not ending with the timer

In my first match of GAC today, 30 August, one of my units, R2-D2, disappeared while using his 2nd special and never came back, freezing the match. The timer clicked to zero and gave no messages forcing me to back out of the match. Not only does this mean I lost a battle I was on track to win, but I can’t try again with the same squad meaning I’m essentially locked out of progressing GAC this round.
