Galactic Journey ultimate tokens missing

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have two accounts, on (348-354-595) I have completed the Rey ultimate ability event 10 times, and it shows completed, but I am missing the tokens needed to unlock her ultimate ability. On the other account (858-192-438) I have the same problem, but it is with the SLKR event.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account in your system

I have two accounts, on (348-354-595) I have completed the Rey ultimate ability event 10 times, and it shows completed, but I am missing the tokens needed to unlock her ultimate ability.

On the other account (858-192-438) I have the same problem, but it is with the SLKR event.  I see there are several others with the same issues

    @rootleaf On account 348-354-595, you're missing two materials. These two are available in SLKR's journey.
    And on the second account 858-192-438, you have to earn the missing mats in Rey's journey. Please use the material find flow to find the missing shards.

    @rootleaf On account 348-354-595, you're missing two materials. These two are available in SLKR's journey.
    And on the second account 858-192-438, you have to earn the missing mats in Rey's journey. Please use the material find flow to find the missing shards.

    This worked, but this is also a bug right?  I shouldn't have to earn dark side tickets and complete Kylo's ultimate battles to unlock Rey's ultimate ability, correct?

    @rootleaf Not a bug, you have used some of Rey's materials for a different (likely SLKR) GL's ultimate ability on one account and vice versa on the other account.

    Ultimate mats are not locked to a particular GL.

    But I am having to farm the opposite side's tickets to do the battles and it is making me do the wrong battle to earn the tokens.   Should I be completing Rey's Ultimate battle to earn a token for Rey's ultimate and SLKR's battle to earn a token for SLKR?  It's the opposite for me at the moment.
