Galaxy of Heroes won’t load, please help

On my iPhone 6 se, my galaxy of Heroes game is stuck on loading cantina screen. I have tried restarting my phone, going off internet, it still won’t load. I have a year and a half of progress, please help me fix it.

delete the app and redownload it. Your progress is saved server side so you wont lose anything by doing so except time and data usage if you are limited.
