Buttons disappeared during GAC battle & timer ran out & would not finish match

The buttons just disappeared during a GAC battle, I turned on auto and it would do nothing, I had 2 of the other team killed so I said I would wait for the timer to finish, the clock went to zero and not nothing happened, I had to reboot the game and I lost that battle which lost me the whole round, I should be compensated for this, fix your game
