Me to Starting battle, game freeze. Battle loss, Team loss, points loss. This Bug comes very offen.

In the in game help one guy asked me to create a bug report the next time it happened. I did that but it's 30MB so I couldn't share it in the in game help page. Can I get the bug report to someone to possibly help get this issue resolved?
My guild lost our TW today due to several of these glitches. I know I personally have lost several Conquest battles and I have heard several of my guild mates with the same complaint. These glitches are not constrained to battles either. They occur across the game, when gearing characters, when buying from the store, when spending energy. I find it hard to believe that the devs can not duplicate this issue at all in order to resolve it. When are we going to have a resolution? How will the user base be compensated for these WEEKS of issues? Our frustration is enormous and the response so far unacceptable.
Another GA lost due this bug.... how is it possible that so bad management people is working on Capital Games? How it is possible that a bug affecting thousands of users is lasting this long without any answer from anyone? Of course, let's add more paying things, let's scam users to pay for things that they don't work without any response. This is incredible frustrating.
- @EA_Gunner Hanging on my Maul squad (w/ Beskar) and for 2 fleets was the difference between winning GAC and losing. Maul squad hangs in Conquest too so investment in that team is basically useless.
