Two consecutive battles I I go into the grand arena and the battle does not load. I guess I will lose this round. Last week you literally stole my money when I bought crystals to farm GL tickets and it did this in the GL battles. Help desk said they did not care because the game already had my money and it would not be fair to the rest of the players if they refunded what the glitch took from me. Now I cannot play the GA which is my favorite part of this game. Also I guess I will be out resources for this round to. Please give me some hope that my concern is not being ignored.
This is my fear too that we voice such an issue only to have it ignored. Especially when the problem is on their end and not ours

When I brought this up the first time it happene. I got a token “they are looking into it reply”’ I asked how they thought it would take. No answer. I posted multiple questions to responses on other people boards trying to get help. No answer. It does feel like they are ignoring this.
Stuck on loading screen too. No loading animation.
Yeah, I was looking forward to play some 5v5 GAC again. Had two freezes, can not clear my opponent anymore. 800 crystals down the drain.
