Game crashing since Rey

If you remove your game will you lose all your game progress? Because it’s been days that the game doesn’t work properly for me and I think I’ll have to do the same but I don’t want to lose the progress

I had the game installed on my iPad as well and that still worked so, like Mozark24, deleted the game and reinstalled. Your game profile and data are loaded from EA servers so it only matters what account you log on with, it doesn’t matter about the device. The only thing it doesn’t seem to have ‘remembered’ on mine is my preference to watch battles at 4x speed.
Having reinstalled the game (on iPhone 6s) it now all works fine. I didn’t even have to log in.
