Game crashing whenever i hit "submit" on a lost TW battle

As the title says, my game just crashes whenever I try to submit a battle after a loss in Territory War, this happens both on PC client and Android phone.

I have the same, or at least a similar, issue. A lot of the times I lose a battle in TWs or GAC, I get an error message. Not only that, but even when I haven't hit any of the buttons, I'm suddenly in a chat room, ticket submit chat I suppose. Then I have to restart the game.

Aside from that, I've also frequently been getting a no connection message. My phone is just a little over 3 years old, so not exactly an antique, and I have unlimited data. It's been showing up for at least 3-4 weeks now. Never had it show up before then.
