Game Crashing

I have all sound off and still have the problem. Hope the fix helps.

The post marked as solution left out the part about having to uninstall and reinstall everytime. Also, I haven’t seen anything about a fix since last night when they said it  would be out that night or they would update. So sorry but no, that answer doesn’t help.

I had the same problem, and I fixed it by updating the game. I went to Settings > Game Center, clicked on Profile, and then found the game in the 'Recently Played' section. It showed an 'Update' mark, which I clicked to update the game. I hope this helps! (My iPhone is running iOS 18.)

I can’t get on my game on my iPhone but it is working on my iPad 

Unfortunately same issue. Like many others. iPad Pro 10.5“ running 17.7. 

So I de/reinstalled, sound on sound off… worked fine last night , then closed the app and tried again this morning. Again: Hard crash after splashscreen and game center login. 

CG, I’m not going to **bleep** or swear about this situation as I am sure you still value your Apple users despite the obvious change in your relationship with Apple and surely there are some people at CG desperately trying to fix this update crash nightmare, right? Sadly there is no update yet. Having no background sound while loading up the game is working for me tho.  I can get in if there is no other apps open making noise!

Such a major issue and no word from CG. This likely means they are clueless as to the cause.

One can almost hear the numbers of iOS players diminishing… clicking away.

Change our routine? Just might not include SWGOH anymore.

Installed iOS 18.1 and now the game doesnt crash!! But there is no sound. 

I also was having these issues. Updated my iPhone to iOS 17.7 the update that Apple is actually pushing.

This didn’t solve the problem.

Low and behold I notice a small bubble on my phones update screen.  “Upgrade to iOS 18”.

i upgraded to iOS 18.0.1, uninstalled/reinstalled swgoh, and now it runs smooth, no crashes.
