Many times during battles in arena and grand grand the game will freeze in the middle of a character's move. The only way to get out of this is to close and reopen the app, causing me to lose whatever battle I'm in. This is very frustrating in arena and has even caused me to lose a grand arena I would otherwise have won
The freezes are increasing in frequency lately and can occur anywhere. I'm on a oneplus 7 pro.
I went from 90hz refresh to 60hz. still crash.
Went from QHD to FHD - still crash.
Turned off audio in app - still crash.
Uninstall / reinstall app - still crash.
Wipe davlik cache - still crash.
Reset device - manually set up (no restore) - add only swgoh fresh from play store - still crash.
Roll back from Android 10 to Android 9 - still crash.
Step through updates to current android 10 again - still crash.
Any other suggestions? Besides expecting EA to fix their app?
