    Hi there. Have you tried switching between a data and wireless connection? If neither of those work, try deleting and reinstalling SWGOH. Let mw know how it goes. Thanks!

    Hello, there!
    Same problem since yesterday evening on my Smpartphone. Stuck, whatever the connexion.
    It works on EA on my PC, but it is not my usual way of playing, as I am not always in front of it.

    I also have this problem from few days, on WiFi the game is working fine, while I turned off WiFi and connect to mobile data game is loosing connections and I can’t play, when I’m logged in it’s just not allowing any actions as I’m informed, that there is no connection to the internet, when I’m restarting the game it’s not loading cantina and is stuck on “checking for updates”.

    It looks like others had the same issue and its been resolved by deleting/reinstalling SWGOH. I went ahead and merged this thread with the already existing one.

    Just did it and nothing has changed. Still on mobile data “checking for updates” until “unable to connect…”

    Do you mean you deleted the game and reinstalled? If so, try again and make sure to clear your cache and restart your device.

    Game has been removed from my device together with all data, phone has been restarted, game has been installed via AppStore, phone has been restarted- nothing has changed.

    I have disabled “restrict IP address tracking” in my mobile network settings on iPhone and game starts to work, looks like with update when Captain Ithano has been added to the game CG is not allowing “restricted IP address tracking” of our devices.
