Game (PC) won't boot

Just today I started getting this dumb message. I've un-installed other stuff, I have set the game to run from my external TB drive as I have with other games but I keep getting this same stupid message. I've un-installed and reinstalled both EA app and the game....same thing.

Anyone can point me in the direction to fix it.
