SEE LSB 1 Purchased & only received crystals

Hello,

Hoping for a resolution as I know others are in the same boat. I purchased the Sith Eternal Emperor LSB  1 on 12/24/2024 and I only received crystals. When I went in to claim the transaction, it was completely blank and nothing was received. none of my toons were upgraded to the relic 5 level. Happy to provide a screen shot on them if needed.

Attached are screen shots from what occurred in my in game inbox along with my proof of purchase (name & address have been redacted) that also provides my order number. I’ve also placed the order number below. 

My ally code is 755-716-998

The order number for my purchase is 1004542662383

Please correct this purchase with the appropriate bundle as I’d like to purchase SEE bundle 2 and both revans.

12/26/2024 update

spoke to ea support who created case #198560876

the case number for in game is: #198404827

both have said nothing they can do but wait for investigation to complete 🤷‍♂️. Would see this should be easy given all of the information provided and the lack of a bundle provided

12/27/2024 update 

no solution as of yet. 4 days now and 0 communication other than through in game help or on ea’s chat with an assistant. Either grant me what I paid for or issue me a refund back to my PP account please. Absolutely disappointing and I’m sure others feel the same way. 

12/30/2024 update - Nothing. No solution implement, no toons received, no communication. Highly disappointing at the level of service when people are paying money into the game and they're receiving product that they didn't ask for. EA Support, please, your fan base needs better. 6 days now from my purchase on 12/24. Kindly respond.

And this is what was received this afternoon from in game support. So the solution is wait till after the holidays and then maybe you get to coming around to resolve the issue? Not acceptable

    Hey sorry I haven’t replied in a while. I wasn’t able to sign in. As of yet there hasn’t been any updates but my case has been sent to the technical team

  • Adding here for the record hoping an admin or ea support can sort this. How is this acceptable?
