Game stuck at title

My SWGoH game will not load past the title screen on iPad and iPhone.

After the update, my alt account will not load. Across multiple devices. Uninstall and reinstalling did nothing.

I can log into my main account fine. Trying to swap from my main to alt, gets stuck at the same spot "Loading Cantina".

Missed fleet PO, probably going to miss bonus energy for LS/DS and fleet = /

@xger2 Adding on - the account I cannot log into shows as "not unlocked squad arena" while showing fleet rank 3. Seems related to the level 1 issue.

    No fix or response. I even hit them up on Twitter.
