Game won't load on Phone, will on PC

The game seems to no longer function on my phone. I've literally Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, attempted updates, rebooted the phone. The only place the game seems to even load in is on my computer at home. 

It loads to the page that lists Disney and Lucasfilm, logs in through the Google play profile, then shows this screen. Then it reloads the page and starts over going through all the same steps.
