Game Won't Load

I am trying to launch it on pc but everytime i do it crashes my pc internet speed and comes up with a message to reload or exit, ive tryed running diagnostics on my pc, over clocking, deleting and reinstyalling both the launcher and the game, this does not happen with any of the other higher demand games i play and its really annoying so if someone has any idea of how to fix this i would really appreciate it.
