GAS LightSpeed Bundle Error

Purchased lightspeed bundle for GAS from the webstore and it gave me crystals instead.

    For anyone who has similar issue and are not aware of the process. Connect mobile game to your EA account (make one if you don't have one and I am sure there are guides out there if you need it), go through the mobile app, go to settings (cog icon top left), Help tab, EA Help, provide information regarding your case to best of your ability (I assume EA has most of your info but I had provided the order number of my purchase regardless), patience. I was able to get my items properly within a few days, however there is a possibility that I am an outlier, and it may take longer.

    I’m in the same boat as you brother, having serious regrets about buying it a few hours ago.

    Same boat aswell, all I’ve got back from ea help is some rubbish about probability of packs and they don’t understand it’s a character and ship bundle.  Told them I don’t want crystals just the GAS I ordered  and Trying to get through is taken a few hours each message .
