GL Kenobi Tier 1 application crash

Summarize your bug App crashes during Tier 1 of Galactic Legend Obi-Wan Kenobi event
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. General Kenobi third ability attacks B1s 2. 202nd Clone attacks B1s, calls Cody to assist 3. Cody uses third ability to call all to assist attack on B1s 4. Kenobi uses second ability to set up retribution on team 5. Cody uses AT-TE ability 6. “Echo” 202nd clone uses EMP grenade — Separatist droids counter and app crashes.

I don’t have a screenshot because the app crashes. This has happened the last two times I’ve run the event after a successful run this morning. Lost 30 tickets.

Hi @crimsonpenguin and thanks for providing the steps that you used to run into a crash during Tier 1.

We have attempted following that (and other similar move orders) but have still had no success reproducing a crash on Tier 1.

The team have looked into reports of issues with the Jedi Master Kenobi Event, but after their investigation, no new issues were found. Please see the update to the following forum post that states this: Potential Issue with Jedi Master Kenobi Event. We have checked the logs available to us, and cannot see a reason for the crashes you encountered during tier 1 of the Jedi Master Kenobi event. Please have a look at our troubleshooting guide in the hopes that it will help you in the future: Android | iOS.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the Light Side tickets used or grant the shards, sorry.

@crimsonpenguin despite all the reports here of crashes, CG has deemed there are no issues with the event (https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/247114/potential-issue-with-jedi-master-kenobi-event) and it seems there is nothing the staff here can do but toe that line - they are unable to redeem anything or compensate you.

Ok, this is getting a bit ridiculous. This event crashed during the cutscene as well on my iPhone 11 with iOS 14.6.
Here’s the full script that I use, and it’s worked and crashed:
1. Kenobi - Lead the Charge focusing on B1s
2. Cody - AOE - B1s
3. 212 Vet - Overwatch Fire, calling Kenobi - Magna 1
4. 212 Vet - Basic - Magna 1
5. Kenobi - The Negotiator - Magna 1
6. Cody - AT-TE - Magna 1
7. 212 Trooper - EMP - Magna 1
8. Kenobi - Basic - Magna 2
9. Cody - Basic - Magna 2
10. Kenobi - Basic - Magna 2
11. 212 Trooper - Basic - Magna 3

Yeah, I’ve read the responses on the other threads. I’m not doing this for compensation, just to give them the information to fix the event, tickets are time consuming and resource draining and others don’t need to go through the frustration I’m currently going through.

That's ridiculous. I've reproduced it three times. I've reproduced in twice in my last three attempts and three times in my last five attempts.
