GL Rey Material Bug

Hi, I was on my 9th attempt of getting the ultimate materials to get GL Rey’s ult. My game then crashed. When I logged back in, it said that I had completed the event but I only had 9 of 10 materials. If there’s a fix, I’d be appreciative.
