GLAT ult bugs my combats

1 out of 4 battles I play with GLAT when I use her ult for the first time the battle just freezes because the enemy team doesn't take turns so they never move and I don't get my turns either. 

In arena and TW combats it stays that way untill the time marks 0 and then the battle just don't finish and I have to reset the game and I lose the combat. 

Also in BT since there is not time marker I just can close the game and the combat counts as a forfeit so I lose the attempt and the team for other combats. 

Totally unfair
