Grand Arena ( GA ) joining issue between rounds

Hi all,

First I've tried all the things EA has suggested about apps in background, reinstalling, cache, etc. 

For whatever reason when I join GA for the first round it thinks until the second round and I can't join. See image.

EA help pushed me to the forum, because that's what they do. This has been happening to months. I've reported three times to EA and each time nothing has happened.

Help is appreciated.
