Grand Arena ( GA ) joining issue between rounds

Hi all, First I've tried all the things EA has suggested about apps in background, reinstalling, cache, etc.  For whatever reason when I join GA for the first round it thinks until the second round...

Yes, but we're back in the 'off' period.  The first week of Conquest is the off-season for GAC.  SWGOH has a set cadence.  E.g. GAC, Conquest, TB and TW.   If you can get into the swing of the cadence of events, you'll find it much easier.
