Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

In my first battle my game always crashes by freezing

Game froze during middle of battle, waited several minutes and did not resolve. Restarted game and lost the battle and can't use same characters again.

No buttons in battle. Lost overall battle due to this crash. 

This is just the latest time this has happened. Happens at least once a day. Or the game force closes itself. Happens in Territory Battles and Territory Wars as well.

I was playing a GA battle when my game froze and crashed. I lost my team and gained an attempt. Both of these things caused me to lose my current GA by only a few banners.

I hit the join button In the morning the day before start.

I opened a support ticket for this (49761102) but they were completely unable to help.

Really disappointed with the level of support and missing rewards from this GA

Failed to sign in a battle 13:44 and register defeat.

• What issue you are having? I was never given a join period for Grand Arena. This has happened with Territory Wars before but this is the first time I haven't been able to join Grand Arena.

• When did you sign up for this Grand Arena? I never did, that's the problem, while the join period was up for everyone else my screen still said "There are no Grand Arena events at this time."
• Please send any screenshots or videos of the problem occurring This is what my GAC screen looks like right now.

I tried contacting support to try and get some sort of reward compensation. Obviously I'm missing out on tons of mod gear, 2 zeta mats, lots of championship tokens (which I need REALLY BAD for kyrotech), and tons of championship score. I was ranked #40 before this bug and now I'm #6000. So that translates to way worse rewards at the end of the GAC. This bug has just ruined my entire GA, my lifetime score will always be about 6000 lower than it should be because of this bug. If I just got some compensation rewards or at the very least an extra 6000 championship score added to my account to make up for me not being able to do this GA I would be happy.

Same as above, never had the option to join GAC this time around. Checked back everyday and it just said no event currently.  I see the new sign-up for the next GAC.

Hello.

During the final round of this mini-grand arena championship (the round in which I was competing for first place), my app crashed during a battle with a Bossk-led Bounty Hunter team. I had killed everyone on the team except Jango Fett and I was working on him when at roughly 4:00 on the in-game countdown, everything froze. The animations, the clock, everything. I'm inclined to think it was an app issue and not a phone issue because my other phone functions were working fine. My phone did show a reset bar after it crashed the app, but even so, I was able to check the internet connection and background apps without any issues before the app totally crashed. When I went back in, it showed one attempt and Bounty Hunters with full health as if I had forfeited.

I have attached a couple pictures, but I do not have a video of the crash. I will tell you how the battle went instead. 

I went in against a strong G11 Bounty Hunter team that contained a level 73, G8 Embo. I was using a trio of General Veers (G12), Range Trooper (G12), and Death Trooper (7 star, G11). Embo was my first target and was an easy kill because he was only G8. Because of the Veers zeta, I gained 50% Turn Meter and was able to Deathmark Bossk with Death Trooper and kill him within three or four shots. I then focused on Cad Bane, but I soon got another Deathmark, so I used it on Boba to prevent his revive. Boba was gone within a few turns, and Cad bane only took a few more shots because of previous damage, (AoE's, Retribution). I was working on Jango (still had Bounty Hunter's Resolve) when he did an AoE attack and all my characters with Retribution counter-attacked. During this counter, everything froze. I gave it about 15 seconds, swiped my control center on-screen to check connection and checked what other apps were open (actions that normally only pause the game), and then looked at the game again. It crashed and I was left without my troopers and without a way to defeat the team.
