Summarize your bug Malak is unable to be used in GAC despite being activated before the player lock-in,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. But if you check my account, you can probably see why my Malak is not able to be selected?

I activated Malak before GAC lock-in and then spent crystals to buy the gear necessary to get him to gear level 9 with the view to using him in the event.
The event has started and I'm unable to select him ☹️
This puts me at a huge disadvantage and I'll continue scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to placement.
