That is interesting and I'm glad you said something, because that exact situation happen to me. It has happened twice, one in GAC and another in TW. I had the opponent down to one left and in the red, but my abilities buttons disappeared and I was forced to watch for over 2 minutes as the time ran out. The other time my opponent wouldn't take a turn and I was left with the battle timing out again. It is frustrating!
