Grand Arena Rigged

I can't seem to finish any of the battles in grand arena. My eternal emperor won't build up his ultimate within the game time or if I get to use the Ult I only have enough time to get one move in. My characters also do not deal much damage, maybe a 1/4 the damage. This has been going on for a while now. Is there a fix? I can't be the only person experiencing this problem.
