Graphical error after recent update - cannot get to loading screen or cantina

Small edit - I switched the sound on and I can hear the standard cantina background music, so it has clearly loaded everything in but is not displaying the game at all.

Full uninstall or Bluestacks 4.0 and re-download of 4.0 for Nougat 64-bit, followed by resinstall from the Play store seems to have resolved this.
I tried initially on Bluestacks 5.0, however the game encountered the same graphical issue. Unsure what cause this in the first place.

I'd like to say I have this exact same problem from this Nov 16th 2021 update, been trying for a couple hours to fix it but nothing has worked. Using bluestacks 5 (latest update), updated all my PC Drivers also uninstalled and reinstalled both SWGOH and Bluestacks 5 but nothing has worked. Sound is still going on and I can hear the cantina music and pop ups happening and sometimes I can click around the cantina so it seems like its a graphical issue.

I think I got something working for this last night. I uninstalled the app, uninstalled all versions of Bluestacks that I had (I mainly used 4.0 but was trying 5.0 as well - it's a bit too weird for me still). Then I redownloaded 4.0 Nougat 64-bit. Got the app and it seems to be working correctly. It's a little buggy still with odd freezing behaviour, but that only seems to be the case when I leave the game idling for a while. It may also be a bluestacks and/or windows 11 issue instead of directly being the game/client's fault. Hope this helps.

same problem here... only version where i caan atleast get in game is BS v.4 64MB . But it freezes after like 1 minute of crazy lags... So unplayble... I know its not supported by cg but i am not going to play on phone. Why they need to * so much with every damn update????? so annoying.....

We know, though thankfully it seems like it's just a graphical issue since the audio is still playing.
Out of interest, would it at all be possible to include the Bluestacks emulator in your compatibility testing? You all work on desktops and laptops, so I'm guessing some of you already have emulators. It's just nice playing on a large screen.

I'm playing on 32bit Bluestacks 5 and I experienced this problem too. I saw on Reddit a solution that worked for me. I just had to turn on V-Sync and it's now working fine in exchange of a 30fps cap though.
