Summarize your bug I leave my old guild but then ingame the game made me leave the new guild where I am accepted. So now I am blocked outside my new guild with a message saying I have changed too often and will miss the Listhside Tb. The guild clock count is broken and not usefull.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Allow more guild changes in a 24 hr period. Anyway raids have their own max clock now so there is no need to limit guild changes.
