Guild Creation - Reuse Old Name

Summarize your bug I had created a guild for my 3 accounts on my main account. After much drought of tokens and unable to get Logray, I decided I needed to join a decent guild on my main account. There is no way to transfer leadership of a guild, which I see being a problem for many and is directly associated with my problem. I want to recreate my guild on one of my alternate accounts, but it always, 100% of the time says that guild name is already taken. However, if you search for that guild name it is not used. I removed all accounts from that guild so it should have reset the ability to make a guild with that name.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a guild with an account, delete the guild and then try to remake guild with same name.

I would just like to also comment that you guys should be aware that many of your players use Bluestacks to play your game. The options on this submission need to be updated to reflect this option. Contrary to the masses belief, there are a few of us out here that do not have cell phones. Gasp. I know. Life goes on though.

As such, I have attached a photo showing my latest failed attempt to recreate the Tempered Outpost Guild using my alt account for ally code 575-773-173. Any assistance to make this happen is greatly appreciated, and I hope this message can serve as a place-holder for that guild name for my Alt account in such case this problem is corrected and someone else tries to take my guild name.
