Han LSB not showing up

The Han lsb is not showing in my webstore. I tired buying it one, the payment failed, I checked the transaction history on my card only $1 was charged (which is normal) but the rest was not. I wanted to buy it with a diffrent payment method but the bundel is gone. I can still see it on the app, but would perfer getting it on the web store.  What should I do to resolve this?
