Haven't received £19.99 +free tiers of ability ascension 2

I paid for the £19.99 tier of ability ascension 2. The money has come out of my account yet it still wants me to pay for it.

I closed the game to try and fit it but now it isn't even showing up in the store.

I got the rewards from the other paid tiers but none of my 19.99 or free rewards have been given to me.
