Help desk? in game purchase applied to wrong account
i have never posted on the forums before so i am new to this
My in-game support request has now been passed around to alt lease 9 different people and not resolved.
I purchased the GIFT Starkiller LSB for a guildmate (it was not even available for self purchase at the time) and it somehow was applied to my account. i had already purchased for myself when it was first available.
- i requested a refund but it was not granted (cant be refunded from Play store either)
- i requested it be applied to the correct ally code multiple times.
- i provided the requested proof of purchase several times
- 9 different agents have responded to the chat (asking the exact same things)
how can i get what i paid for? the purchase was made on November 1st
Seriously having a difficult time not breaking a lot of the code of conduct rules here.....
