Huyang Pack II bugged as well, gives out crystals instead

Hi, seems like the same issue that's occurring with the LSB happened for this Huyang pack as well (the one with 30 shards and 5 omis). I'm on PC client and purchased this, and it glitched out and gave these crystals instead:

 

I don't really want these crystals and would be happy to return  them in order to get the contents of the pack I purchased - the 30 shards were exactly what I needed to get the next tier of the marquee unlocked. Please advise.

    I'd like to add that unlocking that next tier of the marquee with the final 30 shards today is the difference between me getting Huyang at 7 by the end of the event and not getting him - it would be really appreciated if this could be resolved today as if I don't get what I purchased until tomorrow I won't be able to 7 star Huyang, which was the whole point of the purchase in the first place

    EA_GunnerIf you're still around, would you be able to comment on whether this can get resolved before the marquee event refreshes tomorrow? I'm sorry to be a pest but it would really sting if all of that money spent to get him to 7* was wasted due to a bug. Thanks for any info you can provide 589699326
