Yet another Lightspeed Bundle error

Much as others have had errors with HuYang packs, I suffered an error buying the BB8 Lightspeed Bundle. I was looking forward to this quite a bit more than HuYang, because I've neglected my First Order characters for a while and was looking forward to doing SLKR soon. 

1300ish crystals is nowhere close to the value of putting 6+ characters at Relic 5. In fact it's pretty dang insulting. CG needs better customer service, not some AI taking a bad guess at what fixes a problem. You guys are awful.

    So I found a workaround. I was able to quit the app, restart, cancel the purchase, restart again, and make the purchase. That probably shouldn't have worked.

    Every time I try to buy the bb8 lsb, the package disappears from the webstore

      They can't even grab the cash from the cash grab...  This company seems to not know its **bleep** from its earhole..

      tried to cancel but they charged me the money, so i got no money and no character pack... mine is rey btw
