Hyperdrive Bundle not in store for me

As per this post Hyperdrive Bundle Deal - Upcoming | EA Forums - 5035344
I was expecting to see the bundle appear in store. It hasn't appeared for me either in game or on the webstore. I've cleared cache for browser and game, no help. Tried a different device for the webstore, no help.

I know I've not purchased it and then forgotten (as a Guildy suggested!) as I have no Google Play / Credit Card / Email evidence of purchase.  I'm an end game player but the relic material is a good buy even if I don't need the shards. Any ideas how to get this to appear?
