I‘m not getting coliseum rewards?

So, just now I played the coliseum and obviously got a new Highscore ~ 95%. However it ended in a kind of stalemate so I forfeited resulting in my Highscore being saved, but I didn’t get any rewards and even when I went to replay (again ~95%) and waited a decade for my characters to finally be defeated after half a decade of doing no damage I didn’t get the rewards either. So now I’m down a bunch of Era Material and don’t know what to do?

The same occured to me, I forfeit as I saw that I wasn't using the current era character and I wanted that character got the win for character quests progression, unfortunately as the highscore was saved I didn't get the rewards when I was trying again. And still no compensation...
