I’m begging for help: My SWGOH account has an intruder/hacker
Hi everyone.
I’m writing here because I honestly don’t know where else to go anymore.
My SWGOH account (Player ID 3XkgomHZRvGHUac1prZ6UA, ~12.6M GP, created late 2019/early 2020) is being accessed by an intruder from France.
Yes — an actual intruder. His info even autofilled inside an EA in-game form (name + email). I didn’t know this person before this happened.
I have already resecured EVERYTHING on my side:
EA Account: new mail + new password + 2FA + trusted devices only
Google/Android: new mail + new password + 2FA + relinked
iOS/Game Center: new mail + new password + 2FA + relinked
All old devices unlinked
All known login methods secured
And still… the intruder keeps entering my game.
The only explanation is that he is using a Guest login token stored on his device — something I cannot remove myself.
Support should know this. I can’t do anything about a token on his device.
To make things worse:
The intruder even used in-game support and tried to request an RTBF (Right To Be Forgotten) to wipe the account.
It seems that this triggered a block on support for my account, because now I constantly get “this case is forgotten” or “we cannot find the account” even though I play on it every single day.
I have tried EVERYTHING:
In-game support → sends me to EA Help
EA Live Chat → sends me back to in-game support
EA Email support → generic scripts, no action
Tried again → same loop, 12+ days
Even contacted MeatheadMilitia, the CM, because I’m desperate
Nobody takes ownership.
Nobody reads the case.
Nobody actually investigates anything.
It’s just an endless loop of “contact the other team”.
Meanwhile, the intruder continues entering my 6-year account.
I’m genuinely scared that he might:
unlink one of my login methods
request account deletion
or even force-delete my profile entirely
All I want is someone to invalidate the intruder’s access.
I don’t care HOW you do it:
forced logout,
invalidating guest tokens,
removing legacy access methods,
or ANY other method available internally.
I don’t care which solution is used — I just want the intruder out of my account so I can keep playing in peace.
This game has been a huge part of my life for years, and I’ve put countless hours into this account.
I genuinely feel sick thinking someone else can enter and potentially destroy everything at any moment.
Please… if anyone from Capital Games or EA reads this:
I need help. I need someone to escalate this properly. I can’t take another day of being bounced between teams.
I honestly don’t know what else to do.
I don’t want to lose this account.
