I bought an episode pass and never get it

Are you sure you didn't purchase it for another account of yours? 

Yes, i double-checked everything and i was charged for the pass , but never get it. I can provide all the screenshots needed for CG if they need them

I'm really sorry you're going to such inconvenience, man. Quite a blunder by CG, they need to take responsibility for this one for sure. 

Submit a ticket, bit of a annoying process with that bot but it is what it is.
