I bought my Pass+ 6 days ago, still didn't get it!

It's been almost a week since I purchased episode pass+, but I didnt receive it yet.

Support doesn't help or doesn't want to help. Different ppl keep asking me the same questions. I sent all the needed screenshots of my purchase, receipt and in-game window prooving I dont have pass+ active.

They admit they received the transactoin and they say I have the pass+ active. But I dont. Wich I screenshoted and sent them. 

I am falling so far behind with my rewards and stars for colliseum every day. I even had to buy regular pass to have at least 4* for Mara and upcoming Dark Yoda. This pass I did receive. But I still miss my pass+ and money I wasted.  

Moreover support is not answering me anymore.

Any solutoins?
