I bought Scorch Bundle II and III. EA took my money again five days later!

Hello. I bought Scorch bundle II and III at 21 May. I paid 45,000 KRW for bundle II, 115,000 for bundle III. Payment was via debit card and I saw money going out from my bank account at that very moment.

But five days later, the money was withdrawn again two times from my bank account, so I paid three times as a result.

I want a refund.

    They say I have no purchase records, so I can't get refund. This is insane. I tried to recontact, but chatting is disabled at EA help

    Same here, charged three times and no positive reaction from support. Every time I try to address the issue they say, we know about it or you only gave been charged once and they close the chat.

    even with my statements they just get back to the same reply

    Same EA support doesn’t help or acknowledge the issue at hand. They say you bought two packages and received the amounts for the packages, when you point it out you paid 3 times they close the call.

    I have also had multiple charges taken by EA and logged it as case 211766639. I have been told that they are aware and have resolved the issue but I still haven’t had a refund. I have  been told to use the Forum and keep an eye for updates on the issue.

    I would like to inform you that occurrence of the issue is fixed and our teams are working to resolved the issue for those player who were impacted.

  • I contacted help ( payed for 2 bundels got charged 6 times in total ), first respons was they know and try to resolve the problem, After some time they wright to me that i was in fact charged 3x time for one bundell  and i should go to my bank for help. And i did XD now i have 3 restrictions on my account for cashback request from my bank XD

    They blocked my chat. I found additional 64,000 KRW and it don't even have any slips. I wonder why... I froze my card to prevent additional withdraws.
