I can't enter in the game. Day 3

Guys, please. Day 3. Should I write notes of a loser 😭. Judging by the requests, I am the only one who cannot enter the game??? After latest update, I deleted app, downloaded it again and added loading stops at 50-70%(screenshot). Nothing helps. Other apps work fine. I cannot enter either as a guest or as a user. Accordingly, I cannot leave a request for help for the developers in the game itself. Someone, please help me fix this problem. Thanks
